Guest Speaking and Collaborations
Guest speaker roles
I am passionate about creating spaces where parents feel seen, supported and understood.
Alongside my clinical work, I regularly provide guest presentations, workshops, podcast interviews and group discussions on topics relating to pregnancy, parenthood, matrescence and perinatal mental health.
My speaking style is warm, relatable and grounded in both professional knowledge and lived experience. My aim is to translate psychological concepts into practical, meaningful conversations that leave parents feeling less alone and more equipped to navigate the season they are in.
