IT'S NOT JUST BABY WHO IS CHANGING | YOU ARE BECOMING TOO | IT'S OK THAT THIS ISN'T WHAT YOU EXPECTED |
You don’t have to hold this alone
While so much attention is placed on preparing for baby, there is another journey unfolding too.
You.
The version of you that is growing, changing and evolving through pregnancy, birth and parenthood.
Because it is not just baby who is changing.
This season can bring shifts in identity, relationships, confidence, priorities and the way you see yourself in the world.
Sometimes these changes feel natural.
Sometimes they can feel disorienting.
Often they can feel both at the same time.
This is a space where I invite you to slow down, to be heard, and to feel held in what you're navigating.
No fixing. No pressure. Just support.
Meet Erin
I'm a perinatal psychologist and mother of three.
My work is grounded in both professional training and lived experience. In the quiet moments, the overwhelming ones, and everything in between.
I found my way into this work through a deep recognition of how much the transition into parenthood can hold.
Not just in meeting your baby.
But in meeting parts of yourself that feel unfamiliar, shifting, or harder to find.
I'm passionate about supporting parents through the emotional, relational and identity changes that can emerge during pregnancy, birth and early parenthood.
My approach is gentle, reflective and grounded in self-compassion, mindfulness and understanding.
Because this isn't just about supporting your baby.
It's about supporting you, too.
